In a distant era of our planet, a meteorite from outer space crashed into Earth. One of the stars in the sky had died, and its planet had also perished. However, remnants of the star's planet had journeyed through space as a meteorite. When the meteorite entered Earth's atmosphere, it ignited due to friction and created a massive explosion. The explosion killed all living things in the surrounding area, and billions of tons of clay and mud were launched into the air. The clay and mud circulated in the air for hundreds of years. Some were carried by the wind to all corners of the world, while others fell to the ground through rain and storms. The surface of the Earth was under the influence of the clay and mud for thousands of years. Initially, the clay and mud nourished the soil that covered the Earth's surface. However, the excessive humidity of the surface caused the clay and mud to become dry
As years passed, the clay and mud slowly hardened and turned into stone. This stone remained on the Earth's surface for thousands of years and now gives us what we know as clay and mud. Thus, a meteorite that came from the sky changed the Earth's history and caused the formation of natural resources such as clay and mud, which are still used today.
However, the formation of this clay and mud also marked the beginning of some terrifying events. The clay and mud on the surface gradually blocked underground water sources and caused massive flood disasters. In some places, the concentration of clay and mud resulted in huge mudflows that engulfed and destroyed villages and cities. The clay and mud seeped into underground settlements and destroyed people's homes. Clay stones were sometimes associated with natural disasters. Earthquakes on fault lines underground caused the clay stones to crack and surface, resulting in people's terrible deaths. Strange sounds were heard from clay stones in some regions. Some attributed these sounds to rock cracking, while others believed it was the work of supernatural forces.
Clay and mud have been the subject of legends among people for centuries. According to some, clay stones were places where evil spirits lived and going there would result in death. Even today, the terrifying events caused by clay and mud still reflect the fears of some people. Therefore, the formation process of these natural resources becomes a scary story.
Of course, the story I told above is completely fictional and imaginary. There is a real scientific theory about the formation of clay and mud, but of course it does not involve scary stories. In fact, clay and mud are a lithologic unit commonly known as lithified mud. This unit is formed by the settling of mud and its eventual lithification over time. Clay and mud are used in construction, ceramics production, paper-making, and many other industries.
Clay and mud are not only a useful resource provided by nature, but also a result of geological events that occur on our planet. Of course, real scientific theories are not based on scary stories and are objective and evidence-based.
